We provide guidance on establishing a new home/structure and existing homes/structures inside the city limits, issuing permits and citations for the enforcement of Town of Estancia codes.
The Town of Estancia is currently seeking residents to fill three positions on our Planning & Zoning Board. Eligible candidates must be residents of the Town who have a desire to promote a comprehensive planning process with the purpose of guiding and accomplishing a coordinated, adjusted, and harmonious development of the town. Town planning experience a plus, a love of our town a must! The Planning and Zoning Board meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall. Appointment terms will be discussed upon appointment to the Board. Letters of interest can be emailed to mjones@townofestancia.com. These positions will remain open until filled. Be a part of growing our beautiful Town!
