TOWN HALL WILL BE CLOSED from March 17th to April 14th,2025. Due to building repairs. Please plan in advance for payments. Due to the office being closed we will NOT be accepting Cash payments during that time. You can still call in to make a payment over the phone using a Credit Card, Debt Card or Checking account. Online Payments is encouraged. If you choose to mail in your check, we will be checking the mail periodically to process those payments. Thank you for your understanding.
Town Residents: We have fully integrated with Xpress Bill Pay. Residence will still be able to call us to make payments, bring payments into the office, mail-in payments, or drop payments in the drop box. Town Hall 505 384 2708 Ext. 1.
REMEMBER Payments are due on or before the 15th of every month or a late fee will be applied.
Please Note that if you pay with a Debit/Credit card there is a 3% processing fee
NON-sufficient funds fee ( $35.00 returned check fee)

Holidays to be observed for 2025 are as stated herein:
The Estancia Board of Trustees meet every first and third Monday of the month at Town Hall @6:15 pm
The Town of Estancia follows the Estancia Municipal Schools weather policy. If the school is closed due to weather, town hall, library, MVD, and police admin office will also be closed, If the school is on a two-hour delay so will town hall, library, MVD, and police admin office.
