The Town of Estancia is accepting offers for the property located at 405 5th Street ( formerly known as Mama Bears)
Copies of the property appraisal can be obtained at the Estancia Town Hall.

The opening bid is $60,000.00. Buyer to pay any survey, inspections or due diligence fees and Closing costs to title except Owners Policy and Title Commitment. Seller will provide utility turn on for inspections. Please include Crystal Pava in all correspondence and offers (Crystal@CrystalClearTM.com) The Town of Estancia is not accepting offers with an escalation clause.  
The offers will be reviewed at the Town of Estancia Board of Trustees Regular Meeting on Monday, February 6, at 6:15pm.
